About Us

My name is Charlene and I am part of team of friends and family who participate in the MS (Multiple Sclerosis) Super Cities Walk here in Victoria each year. We call ourselves “Eternal Hope”, because it perfectly describes how I feel about MS – I am eternally hopeful that a cure will be found.
I am passionate about MS because my Dad was diagnosed when I was 24 and my boyfriend’s Dad lost his battle with MS a few years ago. Raising money to fund research & support for people affected by MS has become one of my passions, my second is scrapbooking. By combining these two passions, I have brought together friends, and rallied volunteers to assist me in hosting an annual event in Shawnigan Lake, BC called the MS Charity Crop – a 12-hour scrapbook-a-thon, with all proceeds donated to the MS Society.
I want to reach out to other scrapbookers and people who are closely affected by MS. This blog will provide info about MS research and fundraising, have fun new scrapbook layouts, have contact info for you to share your stories and thoughts, events info and some of my favorite scrapbook stores and sites I like to shop at.

A little bit about me….I grew up in Shawnigan Lake BC, I love sports, trying my best to raise money for MS & I especially love scrapbooking. I am amazed at the people I have met recently through this passion and through organizing my MS Charity Crop. I am touched by the kindness, generosity and support I have been shown.
