4th Annual MS Charity Crop
When: Saturday – February 5th, 2011
Time: 9:00 am to 10:00 pm
Where: Shawnigan Lake School, 1975 Renfrew Road, Shawnigan Lk (in the dinning hall)
Registration can be done through myself (cash or cheq payable to Charlene Ogden) mailing address is: 109-643 Granderson Road, Victoria BC, V9B 0J6
Or after September 25th you can register and pay through Scrapbookin’ Adventures by phone #250-954-0009 (with credit card) or in person at the store: #4-102 E.Island Hwy, Parksville, BC (just down from the Scotia Bank) – NOTE: if you pay thru the store there will be HST charged.
What is included for your registration fee?
Continental breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks & beverages/ a welcome goody bag & door prizes!
We will have Eternal Hope t-shirts for sale again this year and we have loads of different sizes available (t-shirt cost is $20.00).
There will be many raffle draw items (tickets will be sold throughout the day – cash only)
Digital photography class by donation (we will have more details coming soon for this – however, this will not be a beginner level class)
Page layout workshop with Jennifer from Scrapbookin’ Adventures (we will have samples & more details soon for this. There will be two different sessions during the day. This will be an additional cost with partial proceeds going to MS.
This crop sells out fast and is an amazing day of fun for a very wonderful cause (ALL proceeds from this event go to the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada) so don’t miss out!!!! And please pass this along to anyone you know who would be interested in attending.

Join us for our 4th Annual Scrapbookin’ Adventure / Charity Retreat September 24th – 26th, 2010 and help BC Childrens hospital while you scrapbook !!!

Early Registration Fee: $65.00 (fee must be paid in full when registering)
Cancellation Policy: If you are unable to join us for this event, your payment will be refunded less an administration fee of $15 up to and including January 30th,2010. There will be no refunds given after this date unless your space is able to be filled.

Classes
Professional photographer Shari Nakagawa will be offering a FREE Digital Photography Class at the crop. Shari will take you through how to use your camera settings properly and more effectively and how to take amazing pictures with your camera. You just need to bring yourself and your digital camera. The school is an amazing place for a little outdoor class (weather permitting). We only ask that you make a small donation to our MS fundraising we are doing (minimum $10). www.sharinakagawa.com
4 Page Layout Workshop with Imaginisce Sweet Cherri line.
Jennifer Edwardson and staff will be here again this year to offer a 4 Page Layout Workshop. The workshop will be approx. 2 hours for a cost of $39 (fee must be paid at time of registration – registration can be done through Scrapbookin’ Adventures).
